As we sit and reflect on the Sacred Release Retreat weekend, our hearts are overflowing with gratitude. To the incredible women who attended, thank you. Thank you for saying yes to yourselves.

This weekend was one that none of us will ever forget. Held at the beautiful Rising Moon Studio in Sherwood Park, AB, it was a space filled with healing, laughter, tears, deep connection, and so much love.

From the moment everyone arrived, there was this beautiful energy in the room - a sense of openness, of trust, of women ready to show up for themselves. That takes courage. And every single one of you showed up fully.

Over the weekend we shared in sacred ceremonies, sound healing, hypnotherapy, Reiki, intuitive readings, nourishing meals, and so many heart-to-heart conversations. We laughed until our cheeks hurt and held space for each other's tears. We witnessed each other's breakthroughs and celebrated each other's courage.

What happens when women gather with intention? Magic. Pure, sacred magic.
